1. More than one year work experience as international project sales consultant
2. Make project sales plans and goals, allocate customer resources, lead and supervise your team members to achieve sales goals.
3. Cultivate new members and help them to grow up
4. Coordinate all the details before and after the conferences, and be responsible for on-site customer reception.
5. Actively respond to and publicize the company culture and mechanism, keep good communication and cooperation with other departments.

1.All work from conference producing to conference execution and management, including industry research, theme design, accurate market needs, copy writing, guests inviting, on-site coordination and conference track, etc.
2.Research and produce 2-4 Asia-level conference project every year.
3.Invite 20 guests and make speeches.
4.Support the market team exhibition and promotion activities. Communicate with related experts and elites. Collect and analyze business information.
5.Supervise the journal and all other promotion material design and publication.
6.On-site conference execution. Guarantee the quality of conference and deliver the concept to guests.
7.Complete other tasks by superior. Able to work under pressure. Familiar with exhibition industry will be preferred.
8.Meet all the requirements of international project sales consultants. At least CET6. Profound market analysis and summarize ability. Excellent in speech, planning and communication.
9.Good and quick learning ability. Positive attitude. Familiar with Microsoft.
