The continuously improving infra, accelerated urbanization, expanding middle class purchasing power, and population size of nearly 2.1 billion in ASEAN and India all provide attractive potential large markets for the automotive industry.
ASEAN state members are about to fully mandate the Euro V standard; India has implemented the BS-VI standard and government is also discussing the feasibility of BS-VII and starting the initial work.
